About Glacier National Park
Glacier National Park encompasses over a million acres of pristine wilderness along the spine of the Northern Rockies, featuring rugged peaks, turquoise lakes, and dense cedar forests. The legendary Going-to-the-Sun Road traverses the park over Logan Pass, offering one of the most spectacular drives in North America. The park's remaining glaciers, along with over 700 miles of trails, draw hikers seeking some of the most dramatic alpine scenery in the lower 48 states.
